Regarding Brightfield's Forests

Citizens of the Kingdom and Manadh Calad,

This is a general safety reminder about the forests outside of Brightfield’s walls. Please do not enter them or bring damage to the trees within the forest, as they are protected by the fae that reside there and we cannot guarantee your safety if harm befalls you within that woodland if these warnings are ignored. You may find a small vessel at Falkvard Docks with a blue and gold sail which will take you across the bay; this is the safest means of travelling to and from the city, as well as the shortest.

If for any reason you are unable to travel by boat, the next safest thing is to follow the coast outside Falkvard’s eastern farms to reach the wall, rather than entering the forest itself. However, you should still take the boat where possible. And if you should encounter a fae in or around the forest, remember to invoke your need for a fae friend before any further discussion is had.
