Rotating Windmill Plans

To the farmers and millers of Saphriel,

Some time ago, I have designed the plans for a windmill which can be turned to face the wind, from whichever direction it may come. It came as a development from other tinkering works, though as I own no mill nor farm I have had no need for it myself. As such, I offer the blueprints for five silver each. Keep in mind that the windmill requires a lot more space around it than the traditional, stationary ones, but in turn it can be made to work more efficiently. Some adjustments in size and power may also be possible. For an additional 10 silver I will furthermore aid in constructing the mechanisms required. This covers the blueprints and my own expenses.
