As a moderator your job is to help uphold the standards of the server and make sure everyone is following the rules and playing fairly.

Do not use game mode 3 for anything aside from moderator work (Exploring the map or watching players for your amusement is not allowed)
Do not use or be in creative unless doing moderator work
Do not use listen or socialspy to metagame information.
All other server rules still apply.
If caught abusing any your powers in any way you will be banned and stripped of your rank.

What does it mean to be a moderator: It brings on the responsibility of handling player help-ops, certain questions, and maintaining player experience. One must also hold up to a standard, to set an example of player behavior and action. To act responsibly with conflict between players, staff, and more and moderate (hah) situations if and when such might arise and bring them to the appropriate pipelines.

Former Experience: I am a player advocate for a high fantasy LARP (Live Action Roleplay) and have been for a few years. I am also Staff for a steampunk LARP, handling the main story for up to 25 players as well as handling rulings for mechanics and roleplay.

Why do you want to become a moderator: I want to invest more into this community that has done so much for me. I love to see it thrive and want to put more into it, and help with some of the load on staff.

How often will you be available: I am available most days in the afternoon (est). I am unavailable the occasional wednesday and saturday, and every other sunday, though with warning I can usually make accommodations for anything.
