The Royal Chess Tournament

Lord Varik Eries of Barkamsted would like to invite all to the Art Guild on the last week of Yavannie for a chess tournament, as sponsored and requested by her Majesty the Queen! Anyone can participate regardless of skill level, and signups can be done on the day of the event. There will also be merchants selling their wares, so even if not participating in the tournament you are welcome to attend!

Lord Varik is offering 150 silver for the first place, 100 silver for the second place, and 50 silver for the third place. Additional prizes may be included at a later time. Winners will be based on the number of wins in total, with a tie-breaker round at the end should there be a draw.
