By order of Captain Rusat of the Kingdom Guard, the owners of the carts/wagons just outside Falkvard’s East gate, south side of the path, have 1 month from now to move their carts away from blocking the war monument. Any carts left by the end of the month ((Saturday 21 February)) will be forcibly removed.
