Looking for information on animals used for traveling and hauling goods.

I am taking a survey on what traders need when their animals are hauling goods and are stopping in one destination for awhile.

Any information is good, what type of animals you use? feed needs? do you know if the species is social or needs a seperate area? how big of a space do they need? do they need anything special in the pen? and anything else you can think of!
