Important: Barkamsted Property Owners

The posters were written in Steelscript, more mechanical and mathematical in appearance than the regular written hand of scribes. There were a few posted in Falkvard, but most were posted in Barkamsted.

Citizens of Barkamsted,

The City of Barkamsted is hereby founding its own Property Management Office. This will ensure that the Lords of Barkamsted can better look after the property on the peninsula, and can better affect necessary change. This office shall be held by Scribe Vigo Orinstaur. Going forward, any queries about properties on the Barkamsted Peninsula should be directed to him.

The design for the new city has largely been finalised. Though it will take years for the construction to be completed, we are taking steps in advance to prepare the city’s residents for a smooth transition.

If you own property in the city of Barkamsted itself (not anywhere on the Peninsula, just the city itself) and are not interested in keeping it, no further action is required. If you own property within the walls of the city and wish to swap it out for a new building, contact Vigo Orinstaur with the current address. You will be allowed to choose property in the new city within reason. Additional charges may be incurred if the property is significantly larger to the one you currently own. Residents of the Gut are also exempt from this.
