Remove all horses from the Falkvard stables, central and northern, or have them be repurposed as glue. We will be expanding both stables and adding one outside the city soon. This will not take long, the design is prepared.
You have three weeks to comply.
Once it is rebuilt, take one stall for a horse. If more is taken, you must return to one stall if another needs a stall.

North gate outer stables have been completed, you may move horses there before the Great Glue.
